Drive Medical are a great manufacturer of mobility scooters and the Spitfire Scout is one of their best.
It’s versatile and robust and pretty much perfect for the majority of situations you will find yourself in.

In short, the Spitfire scout is a great all rounder mobility scooter and is very reasonably priced.
It has a fantastic weight capacity for this type of mobility scooter and comes with a carrying basket and so is perfect for running errands or doing your shopping.
It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and while it is not completely weather proof, it is easy to maintain.
Because of its compactness it is easy to store, you should never need to leave it out in the rain.

It has left hundreds of people satisfied with their purchases.

The BuzzAround EX mobility scooter is incredibly easy to disassemble and reassemble!
It only takes 4 steps.
Not only is this mobility scooter portable, it is also a fantastic heavy duty mobility scooter…

Golden Technologies are famously known for their perfectionist approach to their mobility scooter line…
…but even considering that they have outdone themselves with this model.
It is a stylish mobility scooter but also has both front and rear suspension so even over difficult terrain, you will still have the smoothest and most comfortable journey possible.
The only thing about this scooter is that for all the great features it offers, it is one of the pricier scooters on this list.
That being said, it is a solid and reliable, yet still classy, investment that will last you for years.
This is not just a “it does the job, good enough” scooter…
…It’s up there as one of the best.
The EV rider is another excellent travel mobility scooter.
Its very similar to the Drive Medical Spitfire Scout, but with a few crucial differences.
In the design of this scooter, more focus was given to accommodate a larger battery.
So although the MiniRider cannot carry as much weight as the Spitfire Scout, it has got a much greater range of 15 miles versus 9 miles.
It’s almost doubled!
Besides it’s increased range, the MiniRider is a very comfortable mobility scooter to drive.
It features a deluxe cushioned seat, with adjustable armrests.
The seat also swivels 360 degrees to make getting in and out of the mobility scooter a breeze.
Like the Spitfire Scout, one drawback of the MiniRider is that it is not really weatherproof…
…the manufacturers warn not to use it during the rain or snow, or on uneven terrain such as mud, gravel or other bumpy surfaces.
This is a mobility scooter that is great to go visiting a city in rather than going camping.
Pride mobility scooters are some of the most popular mobility scooters out there, and riding the wave of that popularity is the Pride Go Go mobility scooter.
If you’ve done any kind of research already on mobility scooters then you have probably heard of the Go Go…
…And this version is a deluxe version available at a bargain price!
Available in two colors, the Go Go Elite is easily disassembled into 5 parts and is very lightweight when fully assembled.
Ease of transport was key when Pride designed this scooter.
Another design feature they have incorporated to make your life as comfortable as possible is seat suspension.
Having suspension on the seat is a great feature for making your journey comfortable for you…
…don’t let that trick you into thinking that this is an all-terrain mobility scooter.
If you are looking for an all-terrain travel scooter check out the BuzzAround.
The Go Go Elite is a perfect mobility scooter for you if you’re looking to travel and just cruise around cities site seeing.
The Travel Pro is another mobility scooter by Pride and can be summed up by one word…
This scooter outshines all the rest on the list in this category, albeit at the expense of some stability.
Because the scooter only has 3 wheels it can pull off much tighter turns than a 4 wheel mobility scooter.
This is a perfect mobility scooter to use indoors to get through and around door frames, etc.
This scooter will be perfect for you if you have family that you need to travel to visit.
Its easy to disassemble and stow in a car, but it hasn’t got the range for extensive trips around town.
Its extremely comfortable, with attractive fully-padded faux-leather seat that offers an adjustable height to suit users of any height.
It also has padded armrests that flip up to make getting in and out of the scooter more convenient.
It’s definitely a mobility scooter worth checking out and it is extremely affordable.
